COMEBACK

Privacy Policy — Comeback

Effective: September 22, 2026

Comeback ("the app," "we," "us") is an injury-recovery app for athletes. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. We've written it to describe exactly what the app does — not a generic template.

Information You Provide

How This Information is Used

What We Don't Do

Your Choices

Data Retention

If you use Comeback without an account, your data stays on your device until you delete the app or reset it — we never see it. If you create an account, we keep your data for as long as your account is active, so your history and progress are there when you come back. Deleting your account removes your profile, recovery data, check-ins, and community content from our systems; a limited copy may persist briefly in backups before it's fully purged.

Children's Privacy

Comeback is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.

Third-Party Services

Comeback relies on a small number of outside services to work, each limited to the specific job described above:

International Users

Comeback is developed in the United States, and data from an account you create is stored and processed there. If you use Comeback from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and handled in the U.S. as described in this policy.

Changes to This Policy

If we make a meaningful change to how Comeback handles your data, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
